Exchange Policy:
We accept exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.
The original bill and barcode sticker / price tag on the goods are compulsory for exchange.
Without the original bill and Price Tag exchange is not permitted.
Exchange is permitted only from 10:00 am to 08:00 pm on all working days.
Gift Articles, Toys, Cosmetics and luxury goods, Covering jewellery, Stationery items, Toiletries, Electronic storage devices, Inner Garments, Burkhas, Electronics items, Watches, Wall Clock, Ever silver, Brass and Aluminum utensils, Ironware, Bags and Suitcase, Sanitary Napkins for adults and children’s, Raincoat, Umbrella, Jerkin, Socks, Belt, Glassware, White color garments, Leggings, Lace and stone items, Georgette work sarees, Pattu sarees, Sports items, Optical, Screen Cloth, Bed Spread, Sofa, Pillow and Pillow covers, Mosquito Nets, Infant Items, Helmet, Crockery items, Plastic Items, Korai Pai, Cut Cloth Materials, Fruits and Vegetables, cannot be exchanged.
Altered, damaged, used, chungu done sarees, discounted goods, Kumkumam / Turmeric stained clothes cannot be exchanged.
We reserve the right to determine whether the goods have been damaged or used.
Product covered under manufacturer warranty – customers are advised to contact respective service center of the manufacturer and Saravana Stores or its employees will not be able to do the repair / service or replacement.
NO GUARANTEE / WARRANTY for toys, gifts items and imported items as soon after they leave our premises.
Goods left for service, alteration & undelivered goods must be collected within 15 days. We will not be responsible beyond 15 days.
Please check the item as per your bill. We will not be responsible for any missing items once the goods leave our delivery counter.
Please check for correct changes and damaged currency before leaving cash counter. We will not entertain damages or shortages after you leave the cash counter.
The customers will have to bear all delivery charges from the store to customer destination. Loading, unloading, Floor lifting charges and delivery charges has to be borne by customer only
