Shopping in Super Saravana Stores!
To shop is relaxing to many. It is an activity that is soothing in many ways, especially when you go out and find a really good deal on clothes of your choice or on electronics of your choice. To shop in today’s world means to explore as many stores as possible looking for that perfect deal and the best of clothes.
We found this in Saravana Stores. At first, we were apprehensive to walk into the behemoth of a store. We had heard so much about how the whole of Chennai shops there and how there is hardly any space to move and how sometimes you get hardly any space while trying to shop for your favorite handkerchief.
We attempted to explore Saravana Stores on a weekday and it was a wonderful and eye-opening experience. From the wide variety of women’s wear, kids wear and menswear, we were surprised to see a lot of well-known Indian brands selling at their premises.
Each floor was a wonder in itself, from commodities to utilities, to kitchen appliances (a whole floor just for this!), electronics and even half a floor was dedicated to cosmetics and watches. I was truly surprised to see a Tissot counter at the store, but it also made me realise that this is a store that believes in catering to all segments of the marketplace.
Super Saravana Store was an eye-opening experience for us. It is truly a store for the people as it creates an environment of comfort and gives people the space to shop for everything under one roof. Hopefully as time goes by, more people will see the value add that a store such as this brings to our city.
